An important challenge faced at this time of the year is the need to plan out their training for the next 12 months.
For some of us, it’s just our regular CPR update, for others it’s managing the needs of a large group of First Aiders, Fire wardens and HSR reps. What ever group you fall into there are some important questions to ask:
- When and how do these skills need to be refreshed?
- Is the level of training we currently have appropriate to our needs?
- Do I need to arrange for additional training?
Now is the best time to plan for your training needs as you get ready to move into the new financial year. That way you can ensure that you will have the proper resources set aside for the training that meets your needs.
